Coach Mikki St.Germain - Founder and President, has over 10 years of coaching experience, a Division Championship, Super Bowl Win and was voted among her peers to Head Coach the 2015 All-Conference Team. Coach Mikki is Accredited through the National Federation of State High School Associations, USA Football Heads Up Tackling, CIF certified, CPR/AED/Heat Illness & Concussion & Certified Interscholastic Coaching.
"Winning a game is a success, building up better players physically and emotionally is the real win" She also believes that every one of her players has a position. It is up to the coach and the staff to discover it and bring it out in full force for those individuals. When my guys feel good about themselves, it shows within the team, at practice and in a game. They support and lift each other up on and off the field.

Lisa Charrier - Co-Founder and Vice President developed a passion for football as a young girl growing up in Dallas, Texas.
As a former President of the South Orange County Patriots, for three years, she has learned the ropes of football both on and off the field from fixing equipment, program administration, working with families and educating the players. Lisa offers structure, insight and personal value with every program we offer.
Her son has played football since the age of five, so she is heavily invested in educating parents and players alike in all areas of the sport. Her son is currently a Freshman at Servite High School where he just completed his first year of high school football.
Lisa is dedicated to educating parents, players, and the community on the safety of the game and bringing awareness to the issues facing those who love the sport as much as her and her family.
